Global School of Technology and Management
One Farrer Hotel was pleased to host 10 students from the Global School of Technology & Management, for a site tour and sharing session. The session provided students with insights into event management within the hotel industry, service quality management and the growing field of management of medical tourism events.
The students also gained a deeper understanding of operational challenges faced by hotels, such as manpower planning and guest feedback handling. The visit offered a valuable opportunity to bridge academic learning with real-world industry practices while fostering knowledge exchange and inspiring future hospitality professionals.

Our team was honoured to come together for a meaningful community service initiative with Ascending Hope Community Services, supporting their Food For Hope initiative to provide provisions and bring hope to individuals and families in need.
The initiative gave our colleagues an opportunity to step beyond their daily roles and contribute their time, energy and compassion towards a meaningful cause. Through teamwork and a shared spirit of giving, our team supported the preparation and distribution of provisions, helping to ensure that essential provisions reaches those who need it most. The experience served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of compassion, empathy and looking out for one another, while reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact in our community.
