The most tropical and sculptural of flowers, the Heliconia inspires the colours and gracefulness of this understated yet unmistakably Asian lifestyle-inspired villa. From the vintage Japanese Imari porcelain, Thai silk and antique Burmese lacquer accessories, to the Chinese bronzes and Singapore sculptures, one is embraced by the contemporary built on the ancient.
This is the singular lifestyle space in the villas with a complete library. The collection, a wide-ranging selection of visual art books, originally comprised the research library of Sculpture Square Limited, when it was located at 155 Middle Road from 1999 to 2014. When the organisation shifted out of its premises in August 2014, a new home was found for the library here, where it now performs an important role in creating this Greater Asian home away from home.
